Who cares what he thinks? He earned it.

Who cares what you think about what he thinks?

I'm sure plenty of people are interested in hearing what he has to say about the state of his career, etc. That's usually the case with players teams spent premium picks on.

So, are you always interested what busts have to say?

Nobody seemed to care what Bobby Carpenter had to say.

Wait, the team embarrassed itself and gave up premium picks, so gosh darn it, I am very intrigued to see what he has to say.

I'm excited, and I'm expecting big things from Claiborne this year.

And that's fine.

Don't talk. Prove it.

I have no problem with that. But Hill asked him, and he answered the question.

Trust me, I get mad when Devin Street posts crap on Twitter crying about the criticisms he's rightfully getting, right before he's missing OTA's.

No, but have heard the same bravado from him before then when the lights come on, he shrinks.

He showed improvement last year and had some very good games. To be fair to the guy you have to get some pass rush or no DB is going to cover a WR for ever, not even the best of them. The return of Scandrick will improve the secondary. I think Mo will have his best year this year if he can remain healthy.

He has earned, but it matters what he thinks because he's still young enough to turn it around, and much if not all of his problem is injury/subsequently confidence related, not talent. Would you rather him go Eeyore?

He always talks this way in training camp and falls flat during the season...we have heard the same crap from him year after year. I have no idea why the cowboys signed him again, other than the fact they could get a cheap CB. The kid has truly lived up to his slow learning mentality, never grasped the NFL concepts and always injured. All talk in preseason and all bust in regular season.

He spent his time at LSU shutting down the best SEC receivers.
Now's the time to start shutting down NFL receivers.

As long as he is wearing the star I will be pulling for him.

No, I'm not ALWAYS interested in what players (bust or not) have to say. Are you always NOT interested?

I don't really care what Bobby Carpenter has to say at the moment...but maybe I would've a few years back. Can be interesting to get a peak into what's going through these guys' heads sometimes. I think that's just part of being a fan for some of us?

The whole "don't talk just prove it" thing doesn't logically apply here, in my opinion. It's not like Claiborne is running his mouth all cocky unprovoked. If that was the case I'd find it annoying.

He was asked a question be the media and he answered it. It just makes for decent offseason chatter. Get over it already.

Actually he was targeted more than peterson and held his own.

When a QB targets you, its for reason....usually its because they believe they can beat you.....ala Clairbornes NFL career
