Clark is a terrible trade

I knew this was a joke when Jerry said they made the trade to fix the run defense!

Clark is awful and gave away a great pass rush guy
Yall sayimg he sucks clearly don't watch football or haven't seen him hurt us year after year when he was with the Packers. When will our fans realize this team just SUCKS, we don't use our players right especially on Defense and we are CURSED!

No. They just run their normal blocking packages.

He’s definitely not someone that the opposition schemes against.

He’s no better than Osa.

Solomon Thomas is actually our best interior run defender but he doesn’t get enough time for anyone to think about him
Are you sure they weren't doubling out DT's cause they knew they could handle the Edge's and we wouldn't have a linebacker to fill the gap?

DTs are the ones that try to attract a double.

I think our opponents realize our defense is trash at all three levels so they don’t even have to run an elaborate scheme.

If they want to run, they just call a run play. If they want to pass, they pass.

It doesn’t take trickery or pizazz. Vanilla offense is enough to win because for the most part, every offensive player can usually beat our defender.

Jerry has allowed our talent to dip so low on that side of the ball that it feels like we’re running an SEC defense against NFL offenses.

I didn't like getting rid of Micah, but Clark was balling the first few games...before he knew what Eberflus really wanted him to do. Now he understands & fits into his scheme perfectly.

LMAO. He’s doing better than Parsons did and we got two first round picks to say you’re wrong also

Did you even watch the game? Clark hardly played.....It was Flus man crush 7th round pick Toia that got the majority of the snaps....and he was just getting punked all day.
No, they sit at the bar talking ******** thinking they’re watching the game

What???? Jerry says this guy is 1 or 2nd on defense.

Man does Jerry have to spell things out for you? This guy is one of the greatest moves Jerry ever made

Micah would make zero difference.
Yeah. The issue is more scheme right now. I get that the players aren't all world. But we should be more competitive than this.

I hope they fix the defense next year and go back to playing to their strengths.

Good thing the trade was not Micah for Clark.
:hammer:Yeah I think that's what's missing here is the fact that we haven't even used the draft picks yet we've already used the money to sign some players and we have a lot of cap space to make big changes in the offseason or to make a trade here by the trade deadline like people are so delusional that they thought that Clarke's replacing Parsons but here's the other part... Why would you think that a nose tackle would have big stat lines like a pass rushing specialist but guess what his numbers are close to Parsons.... But they're trying to compare both and they're not we needed a nose tackle they threw it in with the trade He's not the problem on the defense right now but we have lots of extra money and two first round draft picks and the fact is Parsons was on the other side and let our offense score 40 points..

Irony Harris Parsons has been on both sides of those he was our player and got his **** kicked by the Packers he was their player and they allowed 40 points they did not beat the Cowboys with Parsons and this is a dumb thread...

Still don't understand it There are a lot of people out there that don't even understand the trade itself Parsons was as much to blame for forcing a trade threatening to leave his body language wasn't very professional He wanted out he overpriced himself He thought that he had Jerry over a barrel I don't think he was wanting to leave I don't think Jerry wanting to leave but at some point Jerry got tired of the antics and that's not often that Jerry decides to give up and go ahead and give a player what he wants..

Parsons and his agent are two thirds to blame for not being here They could easily resolve this by taking the $41 million by allowing this deal to happen as Parsons and Jerry had already agreed upon instead they upped the price they upped the guarantees they pushed the limits of Jerry's patience and now he's gone and somehow it's all Jerry's fault that Parsons is not here even though he's the only lawyer Jerry's allowed to walk that was a superstar that he drafted this was the only one since 1989 but it's all Jerry's fault...

Now we have to deal with this agent again. Let's see we if anyone learned anything.
