I don't mind him picking Philly, but explain how they will score 27? If he said Eagles win 13-10, I can understand, but 27 on this defense?

That's tough.

I lied. Clayton mentioned injuries.

Schlereth picked Philly.

Sorry

I haven't read or heard of too many picking the 'Boys. It's amazing what having TO on your team does to your media PR. They hate TO, therefore, they hate Dallas.

I don't know, though. I can remember when the "Swami" would choose the Niners every year to win the SB, even after the Cowboys won three out of four. It blows me away how bias the media is when it comes to Da Boys.

I kind of like the underdog, hated rival role. GO COWBOYS!!!!

Predict that Clayton was spitting and foaming at the mouth when he made these predictions, like he normally is.

They hated Dallas long before TO. In fact, I'd go so far as to say, they hate TO a lot more now that he has a star on his helmet. The media seemed more amused with TO's antics before he got here. Now, it's 100% negativity and criticism.

It's amazing to me how bent out of shape people get when their team isn't picked unanimously to win. Must be a bias.

Seriously - who thinks this is going to just be a simple game?!

I just hate Clayton ... the pick doesn't bother me. I think the games a 50/50 proposition.

27-20 seems very plausible to me. I'm not sure why that is shocking or surprising.

I think the Eagles are the best offense we've faced.

Jacksonville has a decent offense, but Washington without Portis and Tenn were terrible.

The Dallas defense has played no one, and the best team they did play they had so so results.

That being said I think Dallas wins this game.

Nah,It's more about making the splashy pick. If the Eagles win, they get to say I told you so "TO IS A CANCER!!! WOOHOO!" IF Dallas wins, they to get to have amnesia about it and its forgotten. They are just laying the groundwork for another peice of creative fiction...umm....err...journalism.(I get those mixed up so often these days.)

Dallas needs to show me alot in this game. I think they can win, but if BP goes no pressure, no imagination defense again and the offense goes conservative... Philthy will win a game that we have the talent to win. Honestly, you put Ware on the Charges and he has 15 sacks. On Dallas, dare I say 5 or 6. I am gonna wait to see more before I bash Parcells, but I am getting on the edge when I see a less talented BB defense in NE steam role the Seahawks. Is it me or do we play the same 3-4 yet we hold the line and wait for the QB to throw and hope our excellent corners can cover? BP needs to turn up the heat.

i really dont care whether the so called "experts" pick the Cowboys or not. but at the very least you hope that they put up a good argument for why a certain team will win and in this case its the Eagles. Like you said how the heck are they going to score 27 points, fully healthy i dont think they could and now that Westbrook is questionable n Stallworth doubtful, it just makes the so called "experts" look like idiots. they should do their research especially Clayton who is supposed to be the "proffesor" and report injuries.
