I don't understand how the Packers got an injured Micah Parsons ready to play 3 days after the trade and the Cowboys can't get a 10 yr vet (Clowney) ready to be a pass rush specialist in roughly a week. He needs to "ramp up "? What's wrong with this ?

Pretty simple one is 26 and the other 32. Makes a huge difference.
