We might not have gotten any better by replacing Murray with Randle and Michael, but we sure got dumber. Between Randle's careless pile jumping and this bozo, I'm sure we have upped our ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

I keep reading about Michael being such a stupid person. According to many he couldnt learn the playbook in Seattle in 3 years. Then people here laughed when he said he knew ours in 72 hours. Then he is reported to be mentoring the new guy and teaching him the playbook.
People also say he cant pass block. People say lots of things and none of them are with any proof.
Why call someone you have never met an idiot? Now if the guy had a history of acting like one then I can see the justification on a message board.
maybe I am missing something stupid he did that brought this on him?

No Dez /No Romo = No passing threat
CMike starting = No running threat

Cowboys defense may keep this a low scoring game but even if the gnats only score one FG, I don't see the Cowboys outscoring them unless turnovers and ST save the game.

Why not just be completely transparent and say "I HATE CMIKE"? It would help those out there that don't already know what I now.

This has to be eating away at you and a few others on this board that gobbled up every ounce of this load of SBBC that the FO tried to sell us. I was never fooled & now, thanks to a bye week epiphany, we will finally see a running alignment that will net consistent results. I'm all geared up for the debut of our new stronger rushing attack.

I bet our oline is too..... But we won't go there.

That's just the way things role on the internet, we hide behind our made up names and speculate.

We will achieve that true balance when Dez & Romo return but we will achieve enough of a positive impact with Cassell, Collins, and Michael inserted to win some games until the two big dogs return. We're going to beat the Giants and go on a run. You heard it here. Book that @$#&!

I didn't call him an idiot. I called him a bozo. I called him a bozo because he apparently lacks situational awareness, much like Randle. We are at a very important juncture of the Atlanta game, about to go in for a score. And what does Randle do? Tries to go over the top, carrying the ball like a loaf of bread. Predictably, ball gets knocked loose and almost turns a sure TD into a possession-ending turnover. And now I'm hearing that Michael fumbled a lot in practice when he was with Seattle. Fumbling isn't good, ever. But continued fumbling? That's a guy who just doesn't get it. That's a guy who can't be trusted. The guy got almost no playing time. There is a reason for that. He was supposed to be this incredibly talented sub for Lynch...and he barely saw the field.

Yeah. Let's believe everything we hear second hand and allow it to prematurely shape our opinions. That's the ticket.

Think pretty much everyone saw this coming, I wonder how well he can catch.

Given it's the Giants and they have a huge problem covering backs, it's not a big surprise McFadden is getting work as the 3rd down back. He still has some speed and he'll get his chances for some decent gains this game.

If CMike can catch, he'll have a great game. The Giant's play deep to short, I do wonder if they switch up their scheme a bit though given our inability to press the issue downfield.

No. You're not missing anything. You just happen to be willing to give a young talent a chance to shine in Big D without formulating an ill perceived opinion before hand. Kudos to you.

The guy got almost no playing time in Seattle and they were willing to give him up for nothing, despite the fact that he was a relatively high draft choice. That's not speculation, that's not rumor. That's reality. Let's hide our heads in the sand and ignore the blatantly obvious evidence that is available to us. That's the ticket. Of course I hope he turns out to be the next Murray. But for you to sit there and suggest that there is no reason to be concerned, given this guy's history in Seattle, is just foolish. It reeks of blind hope, rather than an intelligent assessment.

How's it going to happen? Can't pass, can't run. Can't get in FG range. No, we won't score a single point unless like I said, unless ST or turn overs saves our bacon.

I'll just say we'll have to agree to disagree. By most accounts, Weeden had opportuntities, but did not take them and I think Cassel will take opportunities. That will likely mean a lower completion percentage and more turnovers, but it likely means a more productive offense. As far as running the ball goes, this offensive line works better with a RB that wears teams down punishes defenders. Randle does not do that, Michael looks like he can be that type of guy.

Randle has nothing to do with Michael.
Sometimes a player fumbles due to a correctable issue with how he holds the ball like Tiki Barber. Sometimes people create justifications for why he wasn't on the field because they can't find any solid real justifications.
Why start hating or looking down on someone who is playing for your favorite team with no substantial reason to do so. It's just strange.

So if they score no points I get no credit for saying so before hand?

Oh absolutely you get credit. No question there. I've been wrong before and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

Your position on this is so sad. At a time when we should be rallying around change that includes three individuals who have all done everything asked of them since joining the Boys (Cassell, Michael, Collins), some of us revel in finding every reason to tear away at that positivity. No going to happen capn. Enjoy your aversion to positive change. While you're at it, I'm sure if you dig deep enough you can find plenty of reason to trash Cassell and Collins as well. GL with that.:facepalm::popcorn:

If this is true and it's legit we have to be extatic the team we all love is not standing pat. I am excited but my expectations will be tempered do to his usage to this point. I hope he gets about 15-17 carries to showcase what he brings to the table. Bring on the gnats and go iggles tonight! I can't believe I just said that!
