This team needs to improve the O-Line badly(not sure who you replace do to contracts ugh). I'm not sure if it's a motivational thing or what, but Romo was also killed this season literally. Also, as good as this defense improved down the stretch it needs work. Many have said this and I don't know where you find him but we need a ball hawk safety back there badly.

With getting rid of the trash and fixing the O-Line and having a little better team health next year we should be contenders once again.

I agree and we should lose Houck.I also think we get an Olineman in draft in later rounds as a backup.

...at o-linemen who have true grit and quick feet. It doesn't always have to be the 6-6 360 lb monster.

If they can at least hold their blocks instead of having defenders run around and through them the offence will have a chance.

We need to look more at the intangibles for linemen and move away from the physical formula we have followed the past (20) years.
