I think Beasley will be a bigger part of the offense, especially if we are not doing as well in the run game. Those quick slants and crossing routs will be a bigger part of his offense.

First of all, congratulations.

Hope you're willing to take some constructive criticism. I think a little bit more numbers backing up opinions would help elevate the credibility of this piece.

Congrats on your writing gig. Love Beasley but there are only so many touches to go around. BTW Dooley has been raving about the off season T Williams had FWIW.

Oh i agree, im just saying this year will be a bigger season for him.

It'll be tough. I think he'll be the same effective player as he was last year.

Problem is, there's only one football. If they throw more, perhaps.

I don't think there is any doubt that this team will throw more in the upcoming season due Romo being back at full strength. The team's structure last season also protected a hobbled Romo (deep ball). This season he has been able to participate in all the off season training and mini camps. I do think they will use the NE formula of using the short passing game to decrease the reliance on the running game but will still use the OL to control the tempo of the game (screens, short RB passes, swing passes, etc.) and why I believe Dunbar was one of the primary focuses (by SJ/JJ) of the opening press conference.

I think they throw less because the backs are more capable of finishing runs to abruptly end drives.

Witten is more of a leader and blocker than a receiver at this point. He will get his catches but he has clearly lost a step. I hope Escobar can be that "beast receiving tight end" a short passing game will need.

I didnt get a chance to let everyone know, I am now writing for Rantsports.com. This is my first article, hope y'all enjoy it. Let me know what you guys think

I would recommend more detail either in terms of what he did last year that made him effective or why he projects to be a bigger part of the offense this year.

There is nothing wrong with your article but it's not providing much information. It more a just a Cowboys fan hype piece.

Some Gifs with analysis would be easy enough. It would also be interesting to know how often they were in empty backfield when Beasley had success or those types of details.

I hear you in regards to Escobar's role hopefully being expanded but I was thinking more of Beasley as the primary resource. I just think unless Randle can show to replicate Murray's success in terms of managing the game, the team will look to the short passing game with Beasley, Witten, and hopefully Escobar more so as you stated.

Escobar's primary competition for receiving opportunities is Beasley. They can't both be on the field unless it is an empty backfield or Witten is off the field.

"Cole Beasley Is Most Underrated Offensive Player For Dallas Cowboys"

He broke out last year. Don't know how underrated he is now to defenses or to us fans.
