Major Div 1A only. There's a few that had coaches win 100+ games before they were Div 1 programs. And these are all at one school only. The * have atleast 200 wins.
2 coaches with 100 wins
Alabama-Frank W. Thomas, Bear Bryant*
Auburn-Mike Donahue, Shug Jordan
Colorado State-Harry W. Hughes, Sonny Lubik
Georgia-Wallace Butts, Vince Dooley*
Nebraska-Bob Devaney, Tom Osborne*
Notre Dame-Knute Rockne, Lou Holtz
Ohio State-Woody Hayes*, John Cooper
Penn State-Rip Engle, Joe Paterno*
Syracuse-Ben Schwartzwalder, Paul Pasqualoni
3 100 win coaches
Georgia Tech-John Heisman, Bill Alexander, Bobby Dodd(all in a row from 1904-1966)
Michigan-Fielding Yost, Bo Shembechler, Lloyd Carr
Oklahoma Bennie Owen, Bud Wilkinson, Barry Switzer
Southern Cal-Howard Jones, John McKay, John Robinson
Tennessee-Bob Neyland, Johnny Majors, Phil Fulmer
No programs have 4 100 win coach. Oklahoma's Bob Stoops has 78 wins. The best he can do is win out the next 2 years and he would be right at 100 wins. That would give OU 4. Pete Carroll has 57 or 58 wins. He will get there around 2009. But it's not a given either stays that long.
