Realizing that college recruiting ranks are way overrated but do at least some give some rough guide of how various programs are doing in that area, I put together a 3 year averages of the Class recruiting rankings.
I used Rivals, but it could have been any service to get the rough estimate.

Here are the 3 year average (2013-2015) results:

This was about 1/2 of the D-1 programs.
The 2015 classes rankings stopped at #40, and 2015 recruiting isn't 100% done yet, so I gave anyone not in there a 42. .
Mainly it was just a general picture of how recruiting is going for the various programs.
