If Dallas held those same standards, then Craig Morton and Danny White would easily be in the RoH. How about Steve Peuller and Quincy Carter? Both have had a 17 TD season, which is the best Harbaugh had during his 4 seasons in Indy.
Jim was not in the top ten in attempts, completions or TD passes in any of the 4 seasons he played with the Colts. His QB rating was a very respectable 86, but that is not super star level for a 4 year stretch. In the playoffs, that number goes down to a 72 rating for 4 playoff games while with the Colts. It is just funny.
