The Commanders have reportedly contacted the Rams about a potential trade for DT Adam Carriker.
Carriker has a connection with the Commanders, as new defensive coordinator Jim Haslett coached him in St. Louis. Though he's been injury-plagued the past two seasons, it's hard to picture the Rams trading the former first-rounder unless they go with a defensive tackle at No. 1 overall.
