Maybe, shouldn’t have let him go.

Garrett burned bridges with him after Bill built the line and Jones was giving him power to start changing the offense..

Garrett made us lose two of the all time great coaches at their respective sides of the ball and positions, Wade Phillips and Bill Callahan..

And still managed to make it a game into the 4th quarter against us. And then they go into Seattle and manage to still win the game without Cousins getting sacked 10 times.

Cowboys go without Tyron and everything falls apart. This coaching staff is a complete joke.
They have a real coach - that helps. 2 out of the 2 post game shows I've seen (FOX, NBC) called out our coaching for leaving LT on an island and getting Dak killed.

That's the sad part - it's not like we're comparing them to a Belichick or other great team. The standard is so low that this staff couldn't even do what Gruden and the Commanders were able to do.

They managed to make it a game. LOL. They lost, that's all that matters and they were playing at home

like a said before this coaching staff relies on great players to make great plays/ play great. Without great players these coaches cannot scheme a win. Offense and defense was both trash today. We lose one player on the offensive line and we fall a part. Because our scheme sucks. Our coaching sucks. Romo is the reason why Garrett is still the head coach of the cowboys. And now it looks like we will waste Dak career under this stink.
There is a lot of truth to this...

This includes our game vs the "shorthanded" Desdskins. Holding plays kills drives and momentum...for Dallas.

Now Dak knows what romo had to put up with for an Oline.
In 2012 Romo was sacked 7 x by the Cleveland browns.

We really are missing Callahan. Our technique seems to suffer more under Pollack. Callahan was always quick to correct it in practice.

I don't think the OL coach is the problem, I think it's the HC.

Garrett threw him under the bus with his infamous line about something like "I don't call the plays" - Callahan unlike previous people he's burned apparently actually called him out on it (at least according to Broaddus)...

Not sure I agree about Wade but Callahan I recall that way.
Some ex Callahan players accused Callahan of lying to them or something and Callahan received no support
from Garrett. There was more also but yes Garrett attributed to the Callahan's lose.

The Callahan lying issue was with the Raiders, not here.

ya I know but a Raiders player called him out about it while working under Garrett and Garrett never supported him
then another issue with the team which I cant remember but Garrett's reply when questioned was he'll handle it his a professional.
You may recall the issue.

Garrett inserted himself into play-calling when Callahan was promoted. Jerry himself said it was never fair to Callahan, because Garrett never relinquished control and that Garrett was effectively the playcaller that year.

But Jerry also said that he didn’t want to change the scheme, which is why they then ultimately when Linehan.
