Complaining about the front office

You know we could go back to letting Jerry run every thing.
I see there is a lot of people that is complaining about the job Stephen is doing since we went 4-12.

It's their job to ruin the team each and every year and, it's our job to continuously complain about it on the zone.

neither are qualified to run a football team, but there is nothing we can do about it......they own the team. if they were not, do you think either would be hired to be a GM?? until that changes, we can only hope to get to a SB with these two clowns at the helm.

That's why these 2 need to hire a qualified HC! We are stuck with these 2 bozo's, we can at least find a great HC to make up for there downfalls!!

EGO won't allow for that....at least for the next 40 years, then a new stadium will need to be built. so we'll have our coach then.

Neither would get a sniff for so much as a regional scout position anywhere in the league. Yet they are the top two personnel guys here.

Last years disastrous season was Tom C's fault. We made a mistake and was still using his notes last offseason. My inside source tells me McClay has fixed this and we are using his scouting reports this year. We are fine. My inside source also tells me they may even allow McClay to stay in the draft room this year.
