I read the entire thing. Article 58, section 8.7.d states that average quarterbacks cannot make more than $33 million per year.

Also curious if any of the players will comment on any specifics found in APPENDIX Y: NEUROCOGNITIVE BENEFIT RELEASE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE (pages 432 - 433).

I read the entire thing. Article 58, section 8.7.d states that average quarterbacks cannot make more than $33 million per year.

I hope it goes into detail on the specific parameters used to determine what an average QB is......

Yup those were the plays I read but the pass plays were on the top of page 457. You would miss them if you didn’t read it carefully
