Hey...that school is dangerous to play...all those naughty girls wearing those catholic school outfits...can be very distracting, plus they cheat. :

On a serious note...Mock the big east if you want, but they won in the bowl games and deserved to be in every one of them.

And they won those games...unlike Oklahoma paying Boise State University who MANY said had no business being in a bowl game with a big 12 team.

The big east did not just talk the talk, they went out and walked the walk.

Too bad the other conferences that feel they are superior could not do the same.

I'm unimpressed. The conference faced only one ranked opponent - #18 Wake Forest.

The Big East's record in bowl games just shows that they got shafted a little when the bowl games were selected.

The most impressive performance was shown by the SEC. The conference has the national champion, nine bowl games, 6-3 record, two BCS bowl game victories, and three wins over ranked opponents. Most of the SEC's bowl games were played against teams with higher finishes in their own conference.

The thing about it is, HH is a very normal aggie fan, it's not like he's any different than all the rest of them around here. That's what's really sad about the aggie nation.

true but in that same breath, they were 2 total points away from having two more wins than losses....OU lost by 1 point, Mizzou lost by 1 point. and being 5-3 instead of 3-5....and Nebraska lost by 3.....so that is 3 losses by a total of 5 points......so 5 points away from being 6-2, if you want to play that game.

I would go even further and say I would put it in my top 5.

Ya know, I tried to warn everybody just how weak the Big 12 was this year but they wouldn't listen. I picked BlowU to beat Boise State 66-3 so I could laugh my arse off when they only won by 10, it was Christmas all over again when they actually lost.
