Haven't seen this mentioned but I seen where we signed Sterling Moore today. How did Perelin make the roster and Moore did not. He played way better in the off season than a few of our regs. And for sure Perelin. He could have been gaining some valuable experience with all the Mo turning into Austin garbage...

I think the only reason he was let go instead of Webb was because JJ needed to add validity to his draft pick. NO WAY he would admit he was wrong and for sure wouldn't let Moore show him otherwise...

I wonder if this means that Scandrick will now play outside all of the time, and Moore will become the slot corner. The team didn't seem to think that Moore could play outside.

One of the main reasons he did not make the final roster coming out of camp was that the staff did not feel he could play slot corner effectively enough. Chances are better he will play the outside and Scandrick/Webb will play the slot. We are fairly fortunate we can get him back as he will be able to play immediately since he is familiar with the terminology at least.
