I've come back around on him. The leadership thing is curious but he had a solid career for the Spartans. 34 might be higher than I'd want to pay for him but I think he will be a starting NFL QB in a few years.

Accuracy usually cant be taught.

Recent history suggests that Dallas can't even get a rookie good enough to last out their contract in the fifth round (Devin Street - probable cut, Joseph Randle - cut, Danny Coale - cut, Josh Thomas - cut), so it would probably be a better use of that pick if they packaged that and their third to move back up to the second if they like the guy enough.

Cook in the 4th would be a far better option than a QB taken at #4

He was just on NFLN and handled the leadership question great, fwiw. "You don't need to have a title to be a leader. This team is full of great leaders, and I've worked hard to lead by example every year since I've been in the lineup. I'm just looking forward to working hard and helping whatever team takes me win games....' Etc. That's a paraphrase and not a direct quote, btw.

That answer is fine and dandy if it was from a player from another position, but we're talking quarterbacks here (and one of the top QBs heading into the 2015 season). He should've been a team captain for the full season almost by default. The fact that wasn't the case is reason for alarm, imo.

Not a fan. Dude had a 56% completion rate; that's horrendous. Besides, he just comes off as a tool. I kinda want to punch him in the face.
