Consensus 2023 draft board as of 3/9/2023

A fan of both players so I would be happy either way. If I had to pick between the two I take Jones because quality OLINE is harder to find and then hope someone like LaPorta is there round 2.

It would be a shock to me if Jones or Porter is there at 26. Love both players.

Have to wait on free agency for me. If rumors are true and Dallas is going to do a BIG THING, I believe trading for Jalen Ramsey would be it. That would rule out CB in the 1st for me and I would be looking to improve the OL or another DE or rush LB or RB.

Always one of my favorite posts from Mosher heading into the draft. Kind of use this as a go to for value around where we pick.

Basically anyone on this list would not be considered a reach IMO...obviously removing Bijan.

Of course I'm higher on some guys than others but from a value perspective all would be fairly good picks.

Every time I like a player I know he is never going to get to our spot. This year its Witherspoon and there is no way he falls to 26.

This stuff is so dumb year in and year out. They all rate close with one another then a guy like Hyatt will gain steam and be a top 25 pick like he will be and they all will say he's picking up steam. Such bs, they just go with the flow than actually have any balls into saying who some of the best players are. Hyatt and RB from Pitt are hugely underrated by all these experts. Much like I said how Davis Mills was better than 3/4 the qbs drafted ahead of him.

Hyatt is currently 31 on the consensus but board…so not sure how that’s BS.

If a team likes him in the 1st and takes him it shouldn’t be a surprise.

As has been said by more than a few, there are not that many stars in this draft.

Both of the so called top qb prospects would barely make the first rd in many other drafts

As a matter of fact I do not see more than a couple of WOW players at all this year

Consensus means nothing. How many consensus boards had Tyler Smith, Cine, and Hall as top 20 players ? This team will have some surprises. Gibbs and Schmitz are two names that I could see high on our list. Schmitz in particular I could see being the pick.

IMO they mean quite a bit…obviously the media draft guys miss on players but they’re way more plugged into what NFL teams are saying than we are.

Smith player admirably last year - but he was a consensus 2nd rounder and played like one IMO. I think they got him right.

That’s fine and they very well could.

And it would be another draft for need instead of value if they were trying to cover themselves at LG.

Well, there are a 100 people out there with rankings, so this is hardly a consensus.
And as some have already said, even if it was a real concensensus, is that a good thing?
I guess it gives us a rough idea though!
