*** is all this talk about not winning the division?
I've read numerous posts now stating that we have no chance of winning the division now so we better hope for a wildcard.

Aren't we only one game behind the Giants now?
They still have 2 divisional opponents to face (Philly and Wash, both on the road) while we only have 1 (Wash, on the road).

How do you figure the NFC East title is out of reach?

If we bounce back and beat KC I will feel much better about our chances...

I think its based on strength of schedule and your win/loss record on the road. (My Bad, its the Giants who can't win on the road.)

Bottom line is this. You take the Top 10 teams in the NFL. I think the Top 5 are in the AFC. That says something about the NFC's level of play.

It is just diheartening to see the defense play so well and the offense get sooooo many chances and not be able to mount a drive!!!

The championship is still in reach but our OLINE needs to get an attitude real quick!!!

I think it's based on the fact that offensively this team has tanked. That just breeds the idea that no matter how well we play defensively our offense gives us no chance to win our division with the schedule we have coming up.

That may not be an accurate assessment but the Offense is pretty lame right now.

its based on our team playing so badly we are likely to split the last two leaving us 9-7, and pray for a wildcard, that's why. if we can win 3 of 4 with the one loss being next week vs. the Chiefs we still have a good chance of winning the division. but you're right - it ain't over till its over...

I don't! I am still hoping bigtime.

If we take care of our business it can happen.

I'm sorry guys but the Giants are hardly a lock to win out the season.
They won yesterday but not in winning fashion. NY is not that great of a team.
We have split it with them and they have just as tough a schedule ahead as we do. Only they have 3 out of 4 on the road ahead.

We are still very much in this and yesterday's loss could be just what the doctor ordered to get our ***** in gear.

Those of you who want to throw in the towel on this season already and start talking about what QB of the future we should draft next year, go right ahead. (You must not be much of a fan anyhow)
But please do it on a different message board because I am still setting my sights on winning the NFC East this year.
