I'm not seeing it that way. I'm thinking he's just not sure. With every passing day it looks more likely that Jason is staying. Waiting is not showing respect, it's doing Jason a disservice because he could be missing coaching opportunities elsewhere.

His contract still isn’t up. I think they are letting him do his daily operations stuff and going through the process. The media knows something from within because every one of them is saying it’s a done deal.
