I don't think he can be demoted according to his contract but maybe. I haven't seen his contract but I would be surprised if whoever negotiated it didn't protect him. Dallas would end up with another Bill Callahan situation if they tried.

Yeah that’s worse then getting fired and quite frankly I don’t even want him a linebacker coach it’s our worst position on our team and our linebackers are worse now then they were last year. Just fire him. He will get a gig somewhere else and probably better than this group. The way he coaches I’m pretty sure he wants out anyway. He can’t be this bad he has to be begging to get fired.
