Fans don't like them because they see how important scheme is and Garrett wins with talent and effort.

We want talent/effort/ and scheme.

Our scheme gets us in trouble at times and the talent is held back because of how easy we make it for teams to defend.


Also... Poor playoff results.

There are valid criticisms about our coaching staff. We are sometimes overly conservative and seemingly not that creative. Jason is wooden when doing press-conferences, no doubt. I have no issue with fans who point this out on occasion.

But the vapid, endless, and juvenile criticisms of a coaching staff that has actually done pretty well...is just laughable.

Any way that is equivalent to telling some one you was $100 in the lotto because you didn’t buy any tickets to lose $100 worth of tickets in it.
But yet you are still no where near the big prize of $100 million Because you need to buy a ticket to have a chance to get to the big prize.

So get to the NFCCG game to get to the big prize. Then tell us about win totals.

Vikings 27
Rams 26
Seahawks 26

Panthers 23
Packers 23

Winning is HARD. And not a single team in the NFC has been better in recent years in consistently winning games than the team Garrett, Linehan and Marinelli are coaching. Not one team.

And what do these coaches get in return for their accomplishments? Endless scorn, derision, personal attacks from embarrassing fools.

It really is cringe-worthy to hear some of you rant like children.

This is perfect example of why I don't trust stats without perspective. Dallas has 3 more wins than Philly but Philly has Super Bowl. Cowboy fans cant be playcated for much longer, they want post-season results in near future.

Until recently we had Sean Lee on defense and little else. During most of the Romo years we had very little skill up-front to block for him. And these coaches must deal with Jerry's antics and undermining of authority.

Actually looking at WINS-LOSSES gets in the way of their bizarro narrative. What does one do with such inconvenient facts?

Numbers without context are meaningless.

The Eagles won the Super Bowl last year with less wins in the past three seasons than the Cowboys. Think they’d trade their ring for the arbitrary recognition of winning the most games in a three year span?

I understand the point the OP is making, but the Cowboys' storied history is built on playoff success and Super Bowls.

It's fair to criticize coaches if they don't deliver playoff results WHEN they have been provided the players by the GM.

How many coaching groups take Dak as a rookie--and nominally talented defensive personnel...and go 13-3 with top-five offense? HOW MANY COACHES PULL THAT OFF!?!

And this year fans were blasting our offensive coaching approach when we had:
-No receivers
-No tight end
-Banged up, declining o-line
-A mid-tier quarterback

Give it a frikkkin break! What coach thrives with that!?

If a team has talent to get to the playoffs, they better have that talent to win games in the playoffs. This is where coaching needs to make a difference.
You can’t say they have the coaching to win, then say they don’t have talent To take it further.
