All things considered- the Broncos, in Denver, during September, may prove to be the best defense we face all year.

You can't really see Dez play and not realize he's a very good player. I don't personally consider Dez elite, but then 'elite' is a relative word. He's a hell of a receiver by any measure, though. Even if he gets paid a lot and can be taken out of games from time to time (fairly regularly, actually) but the best cover CBs.
