The guy has done nothing to this point.

And he's a defensive tackle miscast outside as it is. To put him at RDE against opponents best tackles makes a bad situation a worse one.

All of that money and they still struggle to find a productive role for him.

I think his best position is still 3-tech. He has decent power and enough quickness to beat interior linemen. However, he and Collins are both better than anything else we've got outside of Lawrence, so Dallas has been using Crawford wherever he's needed other than 1-tech because he isn't built for that. I think Crawford has been a good soldier about it because he could do more damage at 3-tech. In fact, ideally my starting front would be RDE Lawrence, 3-tech Crawford, 1-tech Collins, LDE Irving with the group we've got. That would put our best four on the field.

Umm i think the point is that its premature for fans to proclaim these 3 (dak dez zeke) as the new triplets, when they havent accomplished a thing. But maybe thats just me...

And why would that point have to be made? That's the stupidity of the tweet. Anybody with half a brain can figure out dak dez and zeke ain't the new triplets.

He's certainly been a good soldier. No doubt about that. He doing anything and giving everything of himself for this team to be successful. The disappointing part is that it's not enough, certainly not enough to justify that mistake of a contract. And now it's reached the point where he's not a starter and they're just finding somewhere to put him.

"Ideally", I would agree with you. It's unfortunate that so rarely is anything "ideal".

And I will say that I'm disappointed in Maliek Collins to this point. I expected a much more impactful player than what we've seen. I haven't been impressed by his work against the run or rushing the passer. And this was a guy I thought might take that next step toward a possible Pro Bowl. Thus far, he's been anything but.

Hopefully, they all have a better showing tonight and going forward.

I wish the cowboys would move Dez Bryant around the formation more. We make Dez easy to defend. Predictable routes, predictable spot on the field. teams just know. I can see from watching at home, imagine what a defensive coordinator can see when he has 5-6 days drawling up a plan to defend him.

We've been demanding it for years!!

Put him in motion, run different routes. We are too predictable.

Pretty much can bank we get the ball first, run right, run left, pass to Witten on a roll out 2 yards short of the first down

Lots of Cowboys fans at the stadium as expected. Watched NFL live and there were way more Cowboys jerseys than Arizona.
