She isn't responding - that's what Dak sent to her. Keep in mind, his mother is no longer living, thus she can't respond.

Gawd this is greatness. That made my day.

Reaching way back in the past I did a series back in the day that matched up Stephen King book titles to Jerry Jones personnel decisions. It was dark and devious. And delicious fun.

There was one guy who was getting legitimately freaked out. He BEGGED me to stop. I'll have to see if I can find some of those...

It's a joke around the fact that Dak texts his Mom before each game - he has been doing this since she passed away.

Actually, since before she passed away, he just kept doing it.

And the joke was a swing and a miss, so it was in poor taste. Had it actually been funny, no harm, no foul.
