QB: Romo
RB: Emmitt Smith
FB: Anderson (during Parcell's years) can't recall his first name right now.
WR: TO, Terry Glenn
TE: Witten
OL: Flozell, Larry Allen, Gurode, Davis, Colombo

DL: Ratliff, Ellis, Glover,
LB: Ware, Ellis (can he be used for both?), Nguyen, Coakley
CB: Newman, Jenkins (hard to give it to him for just 1 good year, but he's been great)
S: Woodson, Williams

P: McBriar
K: Folk I guess...all of them had good moments, and then crap. He had the longest streak of being good.
ST: Keith Davis

I'm thinking the team we have right now is as good as anything we've had since 2000.

I'd definitely have Bradie James in over Dat or Dexter. He's just better IMO.

QB
Romo as the starter obviosly. Quincy Carter as the back up and that is only because there are no other really good choices. He did win more games than either Bledsoe or Testeverde in the decade.

RB
Marion Barber and Emmitt Smith
TE
Witten

WR
TO, Glenn, Crayton

OT
Flozell, Colombo

OG
Allen, Davis

C
Gurode

D-line
Ellis, La'Roi Glover, Spears I know this would not be a great 3-4 line right now, but Glover and Ellis played a lot and well in the 4-3 scheme earlier in the decade.

LB
Ware, James, Nguyen

S
Roy Williams, Darren Woodson

CB
Newman, Henry

P
McBriar

K
Folk

Coach: Wade Wilson, and it's really not even close.

Parcells did a lot for this team, but it really wasn't as a coach.

No Dat Nguyen or Terry Glenn? Also Roy Williams was one of if not the best safeties in the league his first few years.

Austin and Jenkins are having big years now, but they haven't done enough to put them on an All-Decade Team. Anyone putting Emmitt over MBII is just going based on history because realistically Barber has dont alot more for the Cowboys since 2000 than Emmitt and it's not even close.

The only reason that I can think of why people would have James over Dat, would be they were too young to have watched Dat play. Dat was much better than Bradie James.

Coach: David Lee. Yeah, that's right. He's the guy that retooled Romo's mechanics and spent hours and hours and hours throwing passes with Romo. Thank Parcells. Thank Payton. But we wouldn't have Romo without David Lee, and Romo would tell you that.
