Seahawks are bottom 5 in yards/game. Seahawks are averaging only 9 yds a game more than us and only 20yds/game more in passing yards. We didn't get consistent pressure on Watson, their OL did a good job this past week or our guys weren't able to generate pressure.

What game were you watching? Watson got stomped into the ground the entire game

That plays a part. He's ranked 11th in average time from snap to sack.
That feels much more like it. This doesn’t feel like a top 5 pass protection unit, but it doesn’t feel like bottom 5 either. They feel somewhere in the middle of the pack. 11-17 or somewhere around there.

Well right now it seems Dak's time to throw would be 3.02 Good qb's work on getting the ball out about 2.5-2.7 so lets say 2.6. What I want to know is: is our OL giving Dak 2.6 seconds to throw?

According to Next Gen Stats, 3.02 is 3rd from the bottom of the league

Collins is simply not an OT in the NFL, the coaching staff needs to grow a pair and put him back at LG and Williams at RT.
Williams would be horrible at tackle. He's undersized as it is for LG, but he would get abused at RT especially considering the talent of edge rushers. He simply isn't ready to handle that.

Pressure rate without being limited to a certain time frame lacks context.

Context: Next Gen Stats defines a “pressure” as a pass-rushing play in which a defender gets within two yards of the opposing quarterback at the time of the throw or sack. Other outlets collect pressures using different methods, and these have value. What is and is not a pressure will always carry some level of debate, but NGS provides us a unique advantage in that the numbers rely not on the subjective eye test, but rather on objective results that are consistent across all plays.

You mean 2016 when he was 50 yards away from 1000? With Osweiler!

Shows he's legit.
He was targeted 151 times and didn't break 1000 yards. Do you know what his reception rate was? 51%

In 2017 it was 174 targets for 55% and he had almost 1400 yds.

2018 so far 57 targets for 68% and 600 yards.

What changed between 2016 and 2017-2018?

The guy throwing the football didn't suck.

Time is not subjective. Pressure on a pass 5 seconds after a snap is much different than after 2 seconds.
