The team likes Pierre Garcon, and Garcon says he wants to be here [Washington]. But as many as five other teams (Rams, Eagles, Bears, Cowboys, 49ers) are expected to want this reliable veteran to serve as a security blanket for their young quarterbacks.

Garcon had 79 catches for 1,041 yards and 3 TDs. Terrence Williams had 44 for 594 and 4 TDs.

I'd take Garcon over Williams in a heartbeat, even at 31. He hasn't missed a game since 2012.

It helps Garcon had 55 more targets too (than Williams).

I am all in for making the offense as physical and tough at all positions. We can always draft a speedster at WR, but i would prefer to grind teams down at all positions. Garcon would help do that.

I'd rather our defense face T Will twice a year then Garcon twice a year

No doubt. He had more of a lead role, but adding someone who could be that perfect complement to Dez instead of just being the guy you target when Dez or Beasley isn't open would make this offense even more difficult to stop.

Rather have some speed like MWallace or even DJack.

Guess we can turn into the Pats.

Yeah..it helps that's he's a better player

Better players usually get open more often..usually get more targets

And he had more targets than DJackson. So basically he was their #1 receiver and Cousins looked for him more than their #2, Jackson.
