Cowboys are closing books on ugly 2015
MOBILE, Ala. – Officially the Dallas Cowboys’ season ended Jan. 3, but in reality it ended well before that.
Since the loss to Washington in the finale, the Cowboys have been going about the autopsy on one of the most disappointing seasons in franchise history. They entered 2015 with Super Bowl hopes and ended with a 4-12 record, the worst mark in the NFC.
Their prize for such a woeful finish is coaching in this week’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama. A year ago at this time, the Cowboys staff was getting ready to coach in the Pro Bowl.
Last week the Cowboys had their player evaluations. When they get back from the Senior Bowl they will go over the offensive, defensive and special-teams schemes and look to fine-tune, rewrite or replace the good, bad and ugly...
