Their O-line is average at best now. Combined with Barkley having the same season every 2000 yard back has the following season. Plus they dont have the same hunger having just won it. And the new O.C. sucks.

The losses vs Carolina, Arizona and Chicago are going to cost us. Even the tie vs Green Bay should have been a win, and would have us in a much better position to make the playoffs.

Of course. Intensity is what happens when you fix the DT position. You absolutely cannot compare the effect of any other position to the DT position on D. That upfront pocket collapsing Dfront makes everything better to a monstrous degree.

We went from having one good rotational DT to having 2 quality starters and one good rotational DT. You just cannot understate the difference that makes.

And for those of you who are always screaming that we need to take CBs in the 1st and that DTs are not worthy of a 1st round pick, are you watching this?

Yup. It's highly unlikely we make the playoffs. Right now, the 3rd wildcard team is GB, and they are 2 games ahead of us w/ 5 to play. Best chance is to catch the Eagles, but they'd have to lose 2 games while we win out. Or they'd have to lose 3 games if we lose just one.

KC is 6-6 and Philly has struggled in almost every game. KC is a long to even be in the playoffs.

I'm on record saying multiple times that we haven't had a legit contender since 2014 and borderline 2016. Those 12-5 seasons were fun, but we were paper tigers, not contenders.

After this bipolar team starts off 3-5-1, in just 3 weeks I think we're a contender. NOT because we won. It's how we won that gives me this outlook. I don't know how this ends. But it's fun believing we can go into Detroit and come away with a win. Somehow some way.

I don't know who coined this phrase, but it's a message to all of those teams that are supposedly better than us. "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard".

This is right. We were paper tigers because Parsons was good at the pass rush. But we couldn't stop the run much.

That, and our offense wasn't as developed as it is no with Ferguson getting up to speed and no Pickens or Javonte.

It sucks we lost that first Philly game. I said that was a must win game. Turns out, it was.

I can see it happening:
— Beat the 49ers at home.
— Take down the Rams at SoFi.
— Go into Soldier Field and beat the Bears in the NFC Championship.
— And finally, finish the job by beating Buffalo at Levi’s Stadium.

Want to say this again we are not the best team in the NFL but we are playing like a top three team in the NFL the last three weeks there's a big difference in the way you say that but no we are not the best team in the NFL..

Care if we're ranked or not or how people are viewing us, I prefer the Cowboys to stay the underdogs, I hope the coaches are keeping them grounded over there getting prepared for this big game, Don't listen to the noise...
