COWBOYS BOAST FOUR OF TOP TEN JERSEYS

As if there was any doubt that the Dallas Cowboys are the highest profile team in the NFL this year, their jersey sales have confirmed it.
According to Darren Rovell of CNBC.com, a whopping four of the top ten jerseys sold from April 1 through October 15 via NFLShop.com are worn by members of the Cowboys.
Quarterback Tony Romo is No. 2, running back Marion Barber is No. 4, tight end Jason Witten is No. 8, and Terrell Owens is No. 10.
The No. 1 jersey belongs to Brett Favre, whose popularity soared when he was traded to the Jets.
At No. 3 is Eli Manning. Tom Brady is No. 5, Adrian Peterson is No. 6, Peyton Manning is No. 7, and LaDainian Tomlinson is No. 9.
Saints running back Reggie Bush, who at one time dominated this list, has fallen all the way to No. 20, one spot behind Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware.

I'm eagerly awaiting getting a Roy Williams #11 jersey too.

Thats something the players association should do .... agree to put a limit on rookie salaries and signing bonuses .... but give all players a cut of the merchandising ....

That way a blockbuster player out of college could still make alot of money his first year in the league.

From a business standpoint, this might be Chad's way of picking up some of the extra cash that he wants to make but that the team has said it won't give him. The jersey would instantly become one of the NFL's top sellers, and NFL players get a cut of all sales of their jerseys.
