Wilson had 14 interceptions his Sr year in Highschool. So he definitely has ball skills. He is not fast by any means. Not a coverage guy. He is a very hard hitter.

I'm hoping for a guy with quick recognition skills and a natural ability to take good angles, first and foremost.
Then lay that wood. Lay it like a porn star baby.

Sounds like Richard really liked Wilson, but had to be patient and wait for the draft to come to them and not reach for him.
Props to the FO if this was the case.
He had a down yr, but if you look at his soph games the kid is everywhere. He anticipates throws hes reading routes and jumping them. If they can get him back to that point he is going to be a big steal. I actually think he is going to be starting at some point in this yr.

Not to defend the pick but if that is the case, he actually did pretty decent to last three years.
Could be this offseason or next, just before year four.
And with our lack of talent and numbers at safety, it wouldn't be all thatimpressive. .

Donovan's our new Sunshine Superman. I suppose.

There's a blast from the past, summer of '66.

'Boys had just drafted John Niland, Willie Townes, and Walt Garrison with their first 3 picks.

Went on to get their first winning season, 10-3-1,
Then lost the NFC championship game in the Cotton Bowl to Green Bay, 34-27.

This makes total sense because LVE and Gallup were 4th and 6th round picks respectively

I guess it's too much to ask to expect people to think before they post

Take a guess where Chancellor was picked?

Kamara?

One whole round earlier than these guys. It’s not a complete stretch, they both have deficiencies but also capable. Too much to ask for people to research before they post.

Take a guess if Kamara and Chancellor were picked by the same team in the same draft

Yes, it's a stretch

I'm still a Kavon Frazier fan, think he should be the starting SS.
