Remaining opponents, number of games allowing 200 pass yards / 100 rush yards this seasonThe 200 / 100 yard should happen again this week, but against the Steelers, we will have to see. Will be tough.
However, the 200 yards passing may not happen this week, if Zeke runs for 300 yards.....
295 yards is the record.
This is just a stat that shows how consistently productive we've been in both phases offensively.
The teams on the list without postseason wins all had defenses that ranked in the bottom half of the league. The only teams with postseason wins were the ones with Top 10 defenses ('84 Dolphins, '12 Patriots, '15 Seahawks). None of them won a Super Bowl, and all of their playoff losses happened when their opponent scored 28+ points.
Steelers won in '78 and '79. Oakland beat Philly in 1980.The 1980 Steelers didn't have a top 10 defenses and they won the SB

History major -- always hated math. But substitute tequila and red bull for the cigarettes, and you're pretty close.I picture Percy as a 30+ year old statistics grad who's living is a basement surrounded by about 15 computer monitors, 5 calculators, an ashtray full of cigarette butts and a few old pizza boxes. He wears glasses with lenses the size of coke bottles and wears a bathrobe and a Cowboys baseball cap.
Thanks Percy. Love this stuff.
Looking at this list makesnme a little nervous.
How many of them also won the Super Bowl that year?
What's more impressive is the Cowboys are doing this with rookies.

Huh, hadn't noticed until I looked at your sig that not only have we hit 200/100 in each game, we haven't thrown for 300 or run for 200 in any game. I was going to say that not throwing for 300 at all is surprising these days, but now I look back and see that we only had one 300-yard passing day in 2014 (compare with 15 times over the prior 3 years). We're using the 2014 blueprint even more than I realized.Remaining opponents, number of games allowing 200 pass yards / 100 rush yards this season

There's a correlation with wins. A team with 200 pass yards and 100 rush yards in every game would finish 11-5 on average, and that record improves with every opponent that doesn't reach the 200/100 mark.As long as we keep winning idc what records we break lol
Prescott's 7 games with 200+ yards is the most ever by a rookie in his first 7 starts. Wilson only had 7 such games his entire rookie season. Roethlisberger had 4.Huh, hadn't noticed until I looked at your sig that not only have we hit 200/100 in each game, we haven't thrown for 300 or run for 200 in any game.
