Cowboys Defense middle zone why....

Every game I see the same ####, middle of our defense wide open, WTH....I'm sure teams have looked at this, whenever the cowboys look like they want to blitz teams just call their slant or dunk and dink play for like eleven yards....IMO those are the plays on defense that just killed us today....too bad because our defense played lights out...but like always..
