Demarcus Lawrence shredded the Washington offensive line in Monday's win, recording two sacks among his four tackles.

Both sacks came on the opening drive of the game for Washington, after which they made a point to devote a lot more attention to Lawrence. The second-year player now has five sacks on the year, and appears to be developing into the pass-rush threat the Dallas Cowboys were hoping for when they traded up to get him in the 2014 draft.

5 sacks isn't bad at all. If he continues to improve and gets a few more before the year is over I'd say good job for a 2nd year guy who missed just about all of his rookie season.

8 saxks would be a good target for him and i would have settled for that before the season,he would had more with better DT play .

12 games, Crawford has 4 sacks, 10 hurries, and 24 tackles. That's good production for a DT, and he's not making that much, compare his contract with other DTs.

Marcell Dareus has only 2 sacks. These guys are all the highest paid players.

The guy Dallas passed over in the draft Brockers has 2 sacks.

Shariff Floyd, the guy everyone cried about Dallas passing over, highest rated DT in the draft has 12 tackles and 1 sack.

Gregg Ellis was a solid DE. His sacks his first few years.. 3, 7.5, 3, 6, 7.
Tony Tolbert had over 8 sacks only twice in his career. 5 His first year.
