To be honest it is more likely these guys bust as coaches then be successful especially if the Cowboys don’t improve the defensive talent on the roster.

Flores is in an ongoing lawsuit with the NFL etc. I bet teams wait until that's over to make him HC again.

He's also got character issues as HC and hasn't demonstrated his ability to be the main guy.

Yeah he's probably evolving, but it doesn't mean he's without concerns.

Definitely would like that move...IF it happened, don't be surprised if they make a move for Leo Chanel in FA. Was one of his guys on some really good Wisconsin D's. Also, Leonhard may want Sanborn as a backup since he ALSO was on those D's.
