Well......Schultz did only get franchised.....Ferguson could replace Schultz in 2023.
I think its a good pick. Schultz was a blocking TE coming out of stanford. And schultz cant block and does nothing special in the receiving game. Schultz is ok but easily replaceable.
Ferguson was a good pick.
I was thinking the same thing
He is a similar prospect who can replace Shultz in another yr at a much cheaper rate
Don't worry that is next on their draft script.
I mean Kiper has his write ups viewable by people before the draft. He just does not agree; there is not some grand conspiracy around it.
So passive. So annoying. I blame the idiot son who is horrible.
Don't worry, guys, we're going to own the 5th round!!
Bruh jarwin retired his career is over with his hip injury
Wasn't Schultz a backup blocking TE taken in the fourth round? Just saying.
Yeah, but in my opinion, he's full of rubbish about Ferguson's blocking ability.
you knew mccarthy was gonna get a kid from wisconsin.
i watch the big 10...in the games i watched he always stood out to me.
good solid player.
If we draft a WR in the 6th, then we have mimicked our 2018 class. 3rd WR, 4th TE, 6th WR
That worked out pretty well
How the F did the Ravens end up with FIVE 4th round picks.
I'll guarantee I've seen this kid more than Kiper....he's a balanced TE in terms of his skill set: in other words, he blocks AND catches well. Kiper is such a tool. He thinks he knows all but doesn't frankly.
I'm taking a couple of shots in the remainder of picks we've got. Obviously, no sure bets, but that doesn't mean we can't find a contributor.
You still have to think a lot of a player to franchise them at the amount of money Schultz will be making this season. We have a long way to go before we know if Ferguson is capable of replacing Shultz in 2023. I wouldn’t be going out on that limb just yet.
5th round should be DT/CB/LB
