Blake Bortles with Univ. Central Florida plays on ESPN tonight at 7 PM Central Time. Not sure if he comes out after this year but definitely one to look at. Not flashy but manages the game well, NFL arm strength, great size--6' 4",230 lbs and somewhat mobile.
Much like Romo in that if he has a decent running game he can manage the game with 250 yds passing, but probably not able to win the game by himself. Not many QBs can.
