the replica helmet is much much lighter when you pick it up. the padding inside is not the same.
heres a real helmet, game worn by none other than the great Cory Proctor.
it actually cost me less than the $ 260 the earlier poster gave for real helmets, but that makes sense considering.

like i said if you pick both helmets up you can tell which is real but for display purposes i like my throwback. the real one even has the little blue
dyna label thing the Boys use with proctors name on it.
