What the *****, why not

QB-Romo- Has a solid year, gets a 5 year extension and is our guy for years

RB-Darren McFadden- Its been said a million times, and I agree with it. My dad hangs around and still has a nice role

FB-Deon Anderson- Although not with a huge role

WR-Owens, Glenn, Limas Sweed- Owens and Glenn have a few years left. Jerry gets a wow draft next year with DMac and Sweed.

TE-Witten- No shocker, hes a boy for life

LT- Mcquistain- Flo's last year regardless of what they seen in the young tackles

LG- James Marten- Word is hes a mauler but slow in space. They say he could play guard

C-Gurode- As long as he stops hitting guys in the cleats with his face

RG- Davis- Hes going to thrive at guard

RT-Colombo- Does get a push from the young tackles


K-Nick Folk- I think he hangs around
P-McBriar- One of the most underrated Australlian Cowboys punters of all time

DE- Canty and Spears- Spears has a nice year under some pressure

NT-?- Unfortunately its unlikely Ferg has much in the tank at this point. I like this Dorsey from LSU, but who knows

OLB- Ware and Spencer- Nasty tandem for years

ILB- Bradie and Carpenter- Bobby is going to make them put him on the field

CB-Newman and a draft pick- Henry is on the downside, I dont think the other starter is on the team yet

FS-Watkins-Hes got the tools, just needs to be more aware. I think he does that

SS- Roy- I was upset with him a little last year, I think he steps it up

Akin had a really nice season last year, Bradie James could be the one out of a job, the Cowboys like Adoyles versatility...

I was more surpised by McQ over Flo. He's switching positions this year and still hasn't shown anything.

everyone loves mcfadden me included. But there are other runningbacks theres no gurantee that the browns will be the worst team next year. Anyone remember the Bills pick we got? There is other runningbacks out there IE Johnathan Stewart or James Davis etc. James Marten at G, he might just be to tall to be guard plus Kosier was one of the bright spots on the line. Also braide james over Akin?? no chance.

Ayodele's a much better player than James. Carpenter supplants James this season under Nguyen's tutelage and becomes the Cowboys defensive captain in '09. Bobby's just getting warmed up. Give it time. He can play.

I did this sort of thing back in 1990 after the draft. I labeled it "Dallas Cowboys super bowl champs 1992" and projected as many positions as possible.

so kevin burnett is just a bust? this guy was first round talent a few years ago, injury problems have hurt him but he's got more upside than bradie james. i just wish we could have a lb'er corps of ware, burnett, carp, and spencer. four young guys with tons of upside. it's like nobody ever talks about burnett, is he that bad?

Burnett will get his chance to impress the coaches. Burnett like some others will get a new start to their careers I just hope he makes the most of it.
