Roy and Ellis have nothing in common with each other.

Ellis is at the end of his career and you would have to be stupid to pay a backup DE that kind of money.

Jerry made the move for Roy because he thought it would give us a legit shot to make a run last year.

Ellis at this point might help a 3-13 team get to 5-11.

Bidding war.

That's cute.
Ellis could start for both NE and Cinci.

The site "The Landry Hat" is saying Cincinnati and New England are on the Cowboy's list, for what that's worth.

Excuse me for my igorance but shouldn't teams be expressing interest in Ellis vs us creating some list of teams where we would like to trade him?

Cowboys list likely comes from Ellis' agent - he has a ton of power here as he can simply refuse to rework his contract if he doesn't like the new destination.

Okay, so easy concepts can't be explained to you.

That's sad.

Duke Robinson is my favorite player in this Draft. I think he is the answer at LG for 10 to 12 years. He is the best OG in this class.

He is 6'5", 330 pounds of human bulldozer.

#72.

There is something scouts don't like about Duke.

Top guard in the draft usually doesn't carry a grade in the 50's.

What do clueless mean?

Kansas City too.

I would imagine there are a handful of other teams that Ellis could go to and start. The guy still has a couple of solid years of football left in him.

In high school and college we called this guy clueless because he spent all his time alone in his room listening to Geddy Lee sing instead of trying to get with the ladies.

Ah, so because I like someone in the Draft and that person doesn't go where I expect him to it means I am clueless?

That's brilliant.

I edited the post. 3 people explained it to you the same way within 1 minute of your posted question.

What does clueless mean? It means you didn't get it.

Uh oh, not another Sooner player to hold over Hos's head. Is Duke Robisnon the new Brandon Everage?

Hos, pal, stick with the Pac-10. Those Sooners will get you every time.

Adrian Peterson has something to say about that

I checked out the pats, bengals, and chiefs depth charts. They need a lot of pass rush help.

Pats
Pierre Woods 2008 1sk
Adalius Thomas 2008 5 sks

Bengals
Antwan Odom 3 sks
Robert Geathers 2.5 sks

Chiefs
Tama Hali 3 sks
DeMorrio Williams 0sks

Huge Adrian Peterson fan here.

I just found out it funny that he was using Duke to "discredit" you after the whole Brandon Everage debacle. They just both happen to be Sooners.

New England would be a great trade partner, since they've got tons of picks stockpiled for next year. Even if all we get is a couple mid-round picks, that's more ammo for Jerry to make some moves next year for a couple players.

I see Ellis going to Cinci though - re-uninte with Mike Zimmer and Roy Williams :puke:

When you consider it's nearly June, pass rushers that can get you 10 sacks and are available are few and far between.

I would think Ellis would be an upgrade over Pierre Woods at LOLB.
