uh- hes just not that good and has fumbling problems....he doesn't have the same level of speed differentiation when playing at the pro level and it is pretty clear he isnt special.

the speed is there he's just not elusiveness enough and doesnt break tackles. Get him on the edge and he will run past people but that's but a tiny fraction of overall runs in the NFL

People are overthinking this due to the always starting Elliott over Dowdle because of stupidity thing back then. Blue is just not that good, yet he has a chance but this is a learning and building up year for now, he is only a complimentary RB at best anyways.
