In one of the deepest drafts in recent memory and a deep Safety draft, they pretty much blew it.
Classic knee jerk reaction. (Yawn)
Can’t predict the future. Let it play out.
If our first two picks pan out, no.
But I have to admit, the Day Three effort has been pretty sad and embarrassing.
They might also have had one of the best drafts. We'll see.
How the hell do any of us know how good these guys are gonna be lets give them a chance before we start crying about the picks....
It’s not the worst.
We came into the draft, with offense pretty locked down minus backup RB.
- Future starting 3T
- Future starting guard
- Zekes backup, Kick returner
- CB depth
- Solid pass rusher
2009 was full of projects. This kids can play
Way too early but there is no hiding the disappointment of having the three best available players who were all safeties passed on when we took McGovern.
Looking at the people who hate this draft gives me faith that it will be great.
Might? There are numerous team who have drafted 4-5 players better than every play Dallas has drafted. This is 2009 part II. Very little immediate help.
I have them a C. Only starter I see is OG from Penn State.
And a very deep safety draft and we didn't address that. At all. None. Another year of Heath. Absolutely pathetic.
The dude we drafted in the 2nd round has David Irving's baggage with half the talent. He isn't good.
Thanks for your “expert” opinion
Nowhere near Irving’s baggage.
Because you or any of us see safety as a glaring need, doesn’t mean the staff does. Does Heath stink? Yes. But that doesn’t mean they value it
Our draft started at 58.
This is classic draft envy in the moment.
Because they did not draft a position you wanted them too?
Don’t you know, this board is just filled with out of work GMs
Did you know the Bucs selected another Kicker with a 5th round pick?
