The Cleveland Browns are in an interesting situation.
From 2007-2014, they have drafted 4 QB's (3 1st rounders - Brady Quinn, Brandon Weeden, and Johnny Manziel. Colt McCoy was drafted in the 3rd round in 2010).
The Cleveland franchise has been burned publicly and by performance of all the highly drafted QB's they have selected, recently.
If a new regime takes over (more than likely), Cleveland may opt for a more reliable safe blue chip player/position - DL Bosa from OSU, OL Stanley from Notre Dame, or OL Tunsil from Ole Miss.
On the surface, it may seem Cleveland will automatically drafted a QB with their first pick, but given their past failures with QB's and the patience needed for QB development, Cleveland may go another direction with that first pick or even trade down ~ which in turn, may benefit Dallas with the possibility that both Goff or Lynch maybe available when Dallas is on the clock (assuming Dallas is picking at the 4th selection).
