I'm predicting that Dallas's "Yards Against" ranking will be as good or even better than it was last year. You can quote me on that

It would be nearly impossible to be worse, so really it is no real prediction

Also lol at the threads now. You all wanted Ware gone! Cut! Get him out of here! He's done!

Say hello to your starting defensive line in 2014: Crawford, Hayden, Bass, Selvie.

Kinda reminds me of when that California Angels GM said he could replace Nolan Ryan (16-14, 223 Ks) with two 8-7 pitchers...:)

Melton, Spencer and Wootten. They are probably looking at players coming off injury that they can get at a bargain price rather than paying Hatcher who is coming off a career year.

Ware is not worth 12 million. If he would've taken a pay cut he could've stayed.

Remember, Carr's 1st year salary cap hit was about 3.5 mil.
The players don't have to be too cheap. Though I really don't want to many more kick-the-can-down-the-road contract structures.

So Jerry is playing "Moneyball" now......Good grief:confused:

Having to waste 3 roster spots to fill one players shoes is just another sign we have a GM that just doesn't get it

Jerry's been hiring and promoting sabermetrics guys for a while now. Garrett seems to be into it as well. It's not surprising. I'd say that's probably how McClay finds FAs.
