Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said that recently added defensive backs DeAngelo Willingham and Jeremy Haynes should see action versus the Vikings this week. Willingham will play safety and Haynes will line up at corner.

LB Curtis Johnson was waived injured by the Colts with a hamstring problem but the Cowboys claimed him anyway. During practice, Johnson is working with trainer Britt Brown on a separate field.

"I think I have done everything I can to make this team. I am just trying to impress this staff." Cowboys rookie free agent WR Kevin Ogletree who is in a battle with Isaiah Stanback for a wide receiver spot.

They must really like Johnson if they're doing that. I think he's got a good chance to make the final 53.

Kevin, you have done everything you can to make the team and unless they're a bunch of morons, you have.

There is no 'battle' that I have seen - none at all.

It's been a slaughter.

Colts are a pretty good organization. Hard to believe they'd give up on a guy without good reason.

Ogleetree shouldn't even be considered to be battling for a roster spot I think he can push Austin and maybe even hurd.

They are 2 deep at DE, and Johnson is not only dinged but he is a Dungy type player, not a Coyer type player.

Jason's not that different, you just don't gain a lot from providing a lot imformation. They do that in other places, too. New England is the same way." - QB Tony Romo's thoughts on how offensive coordinator Jason Garrett handles the media.
