Cowboys P Mat McBriar underwent arthroscopic knee surgery Wednesday.

He should be 100 percent by OTAs. McBriar stayed healthy in 2009 after landing on I.R. in 2008 due to a fractured foot six games in. The 30-year-old ranked tenth overall in yards per punt (45.1) and ninth in net average (39.9). Without question, McBriar will be back at his $1.55 million salary for 2010.

I agree, Joe D preached more situational and directional punts with McBriar than length which made our punt coverage teams really excel.
