I knew the season was over awhile back, but I still watch to see how we can screw up our draft position.

Likely we end up 8-8-1.
We watch others in the playoffs and we pick No. 16 in the draft.
Repeat that in 2026.

Tampa absolutely did not "deserve" their playoff spot, unless you count being in a terrible division as "deserving".

I criticized a fellow for chest thumping beating 8-9 loser Bucs...I said they weren't "playoff quality". He was adamant it was a "playoff team".

By technicality...not because of their adeptness.

Saints winning doesn’t really matter. Carolina is leading the division and TB now has 7 losses. So we are already ahead of the 2nd best team in that division.

Yep. Today ended the math I think. You need to win out and egirls to lose 2. They just spanked raiders. And we have to beat chargers next week. I see us running the table but not making it. That’s The Cowboy way. When we tied packers I knew. And we always give that one game away we should have won. This season it cost us. JJ needs to do smart things this offseason. I doubt he will. Hope for a great draft…
