MB had problems that had nothing to do with football.
Did it make them worse? Probably.

This is one of my favorite tributes ever because it brings back so many memories. Special appearance by Larry Allen at the beginning. What a fun running back to watch and such a sad story at the end.

And according to many players who I've heard over the years, Barber was one of the nicest and most generous players on the team.
Terrell Owen said he was walking into some Lobby with beautiful piano music playing and guess who was on the piano? Barber.

Marion Barber is a bit reason why I am for players getting all the money they can get. He literally gave his body and brain to the fans and punished himself each and every Sunday for our enjoyment. I’ll never be anti get your money…..

RIP Barbarian.
Who forced him to play in the NFL?

Parcells knew how to use Barber. He limited his carries in the first half and then unleased him in the second half. This would have been a great strategy to manage Zeke in his prime but we ran him in the ground and he was done several years before we released him. I would love to have another Marion Barber and use him like Parcells did. We could have gotten a great running back in the 4th round this draft but Jerry squandered the pick on a QB who will never amount to anything here.

Would love to see both of those. Bob Hayes was before my time and the Barbarian was one of those natural-born warriors on the gridiron for us.

Someone send a reminder here when they air.
