Cowboys QB History

Was bored so I looked up QBs the Cowboys have previously drafted or signed since 1989. Not surprised, it's a long list... history suggest this team is reluctant to draft a QB in the 1st round, and not found a solid QB in the draft since Aikman.

Keep in mind...I don't think they really drafted Isaiah Stanback as a QB...I think they drafted him with the idea of making him a WR.
Your List also forgot to list Steve Walsh in the Supplemental Draft.

Matt Moore is missing as well.

The last real investment we have made at QB in the draft has been Quincy Carter with our first pick that year. Selecting a QB is a necessity but I am nervous to see life without Romo, it could be years if we blow this opportunity by selecting the wrong player or not selecting one at all.

Your right, Its a snapshot of all QB's. If my memory is right, they only used Stanback as a WR / Special teams...
